Latest Poker Web Site Puts Pressure on Anti-Poker Bill

A recently launched web site, LetthePeoplePlayer.org is dedicated to educating US Poker fanatics in order to put the pressure on Washington's upcoming vote that would finalize the illegality of online poker playing. Executive Philip Ittleson is the man behind the web site, as well as the executive producer of a new poker documentary entitled No Limit which is due out for release in October. The web site has attracted some celebrity backing and carries a prevailing sentiment of disgust that US lawmakers are "wasting time" on a poker law when there are so many other more important, and pressing issues to focus on. The estimated 70 million US poker players targeted are being called upon to join a "volunteer army" to let Washington know how the American public feels.
