Online payment processor Neteller has begun releasing the funds previously held in a foreign account that belong to US poker players now that they have reached an agreement with US prosecutors. In a move designed to rebuild the trust bruised by the withholding of funds, Neteller President and CEO Ron Martin filmed and released a video on YouTube offering an explanation and apologizing for his company's actions. The video announces the start of the return of the more than $90 million previously held, and offers a thank you to US players for their patience and understanding.
