While he is better known as one of the two hosts of the popular Travel Channel show, the World Poker Tour, professional poker player Mike Sexton showed that he knows his stuff when he won this year's World Series of Poker Tournament of Champions. Going into the event Sexton had vowed that he would donate half of his money to charities if he won. After winning the event, Sexton has donated half $1 million, to five different charities. The Special Olympics, Paralyzed Veterans of America, the Wounded Warrior Project, Children Inc., and the Buoniconti Fund each received $100,000. Sexton was the only poker player participating to win a prize and he used it to demonstrate the heart of poker players.
