Players that make it to the final table in the World Series of Poker likely have their eyes on the prize. Their mind is focused on getting as far as they can up the pay scale, hopefully finishing out on top, grabbing a coveted bracelet and a huge cash prize. While it wasn't more than a murmur in the beginning of this season's tournament, a ground swelling of complaint has begun over the fact that all the money put into events by players is reportedly not staying in the events - instead the organizers and owners of the World Series of Poker, Harrah's Entertainment, is said to be taking from 6% to 9% of the prize pool and distributing it among the casino workers for the events. This has caused some professional players, such as Mike Matusow, to grumble that Harrah's should be putting money into the events, and not taking money out.
