Yesterday was the first part of the Day Two of the 37th annual World Series of Poker taking place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over 1600 players gathered to play their second day in the event, the combined survivors of the first two rounds of Day One. Today will be more of the same, with the survivors from parts three and four of Day One coming together to battle it out and try to be one of the 700 players remaining at the end of the day. Tomorrow will be a day off for the weary poker players and action will pick up again on Friday as the official Day Three of the Main Event, which has an estimated first prize of about $12 million.
