2006 WSOP: What Will Become of the New WSOP Poker Pros

They love to watch their favorite poker professionals battle it out on the felt to try and prove their supremacy of the game of poker, not to mention taking up huge cash prizes. In addition to the pros every year, a new spate of amateurs are thrust into the spotlight when they beat huge fields of players and pick up the coveted World Series of Poker bracelets. This year has been no exception with amateur players such as Jeff Madsen, the youngest player ever to win the World Series of Poker bracelets and reach $1 million, showing the world that once again, you don't have to be a pro to succeed in this game. Speculation has begun as to which online poker room will snatch up Madsen and the others, adding them to their professional teams.
