Online poker room Purple Lounge has announced they are running a race, with the winners cashing in. The race is a $200k; that’s the amount of money expected to be in the prize pool - minimum - of the series coming up on Purple Lounge. The five events, in honor of the looming Summer Olympics in China, are the Marathon, 100 Meters, High Jump, 50KM Walk and Relay, all of which offer thousands in top prizes for Bronze, Silver and Gold finishes. If one player manages to win all of the events they will have their prizes multiplied by five times, giving them $150k.
