Software Company Offers Online Protection for Poker Players

Security and financial software group QFX Software is offering a "software shield" they say will offer an extra layer of protection for the online poker player that is useful across many online poker sites - such as at Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars, PokerRoom, PartyPoker, Titan Poker, CD Poker, Hollywood Poker, and VC Poker. KeyScrambler seeks to defeat online poker identity theft from "keyloggers" by using "advanced keystroke encryption." Keyloggers are a form of malware that can be hidden on a user's computer and record keystrokes, sending the information back to thieves who can then use it to log into poker accounts and steal the funds they find.
