Indiana Poker Business Raided

A business in central Indiana has been raided on suspicion that illegal games of poker were being played on the site. A search warrant was served Wednesday night by the Indiana Gaming Control Division at the Hold 'Em House in Tipton. While no arrests were made, names were taken from the poker players, who were suspected of playing for money, which is illegal in Indiana. Only not for profit groups are allowed to hold card games for money, and then only if the money is being donated to the charity in question.
