Poker TV Gets Bad Rap

He might be a little biased considering what his job is, but Norman Chad has a few complaints about the way that Poker TV is both portrayed and received, expressing in his recent column his discontent about Poker TV's bad rap. The co-host of the ESPN broadcast coverage of the World Series of Poker, along with Lon McEhron, Chad is also a sports writer and has plenty of experience both covering sporting events and working the shows on TV. His perspective could be biased but, based on his experience, could also be accurate. Taking shots at Bob Costas for the latter's reference to poker players as degenerates, Chad does his best to lay out a defense for poker as a viewing sport on TV.
