Country Music Star Tries World Series of Poker

Poker fans are already familiar with some music stars participating in the biggest poker game on the planet, the World Series of Poker: rock stars such as Sully Erna have proven that musicians can hold their own in a professional poker world, and country music has finally joined the game. Country music artist Andy Griggs played in the main event and did fairly well for his first time. He doubled his chips by the end of the first day and made it deep into day three as the last celebrity playing. He even got an opportunity to sing the national anthem.
