Online gaming software company Excapsa INC has made some noise in the past about providing mobile phone poker playing software, and has recently announced that it is closer to achieving that goal. Excapsa is launching the platform through its licensing subsidiary Game Theory Ltd, which has signed a five year partnership with Phantom Fiber to launch the software. This move would give Excapsa and its gaming network access to around a thousand different mobile phones. Another liscensee of Excapsa, UltimateBet, will be using the new software in order to give their customers access to the Excapsa network of gaming, expanding its poker reach from the internet to the cell phone.
