2006 WSOP: Phil Hellmuth Cashes for 50th Time at WSOP

Known both fondly and otherwise as the "Poker Brat", former WSOP Main Event champ Phil Hellmuth has been on the hunt for his tenth World Series of Poker Bracelet for years. Last year he was in a three way race with Johnny Chan and Doyle Brunson to be the first player to get a tenth bracelet, yet ended up being the only one of the three not to do so. This year, however, Phil has accomplished a feat that no one ever has: he has cashed 50 times at the World Series of Poker, an accomplishment that has spanned two decades.Phil has published many books on poker in addition to his success in playing the game, and is the new host of the hit Bravo poker themed TV show, Celebrity Poker Showdown.
