Bill Bartholomay, a reprehensive of casino games company WBS Gaming out of Waukegan, Illinois, has announced that his company has the intention of bringing video poker to the tracks in Arkansas. To facilitate the move he will go before the Arkansas Racing Commission, where his company will seek the needed permission to add the machines to the racing establishments. The games, including World Series of Poker and Three-Way Action Poker, are part of the debate over expanding gambling at the tracks that has been waging since last year in the Arkansas Legislature.Various race track owners have been reluctant to talk about if they see video poker on site in the future, preferring to wait until the Racing Commission has its say before committing.
