2006 WSOP: Action Continues at 2006 WSOP

For the second of what will eventually be 27 days the tournament room at the Rio All-Suite Casino Hotel is running three or more tournaments at the same time as part of the 2006 World Series of Poker season. Arriving around 9am the WSOP tournament directors start the process of getting ready for the day, with new events kicking off at noon and continuing events resuming two hours later. Today it is the final day for Event 3 ($1,500 Pot Limit Hold 'em), the second day of Event 4 ($1,500 Limit Hold 'em), and the first day of Event 5 (short handed $1,500 No Limit Hold 'em.) Two new bracelet winners are already enjoying the rewards of being a WSOP champion and the season is just getting started.
