Online Poker Site Operator Cleared of Charges

The operator of poker website pokertopia.com once employed an Ohio State University student to pass out flyers, some thing that landed both of them in hot water. When Bernie Fernandez Jr hired OSH quarterback Troy Smith, the university cautioned Smith about associated with Fernandez, concerned that the poker site operator would seek inside sporting information and then use it to make wagers.
