Former World Series of Poker champion Chris "Jesus" Ferguson very nearly added yet another WSOP bracelet to his collection, thanks to his second place finish in Event 33 - World Championship Seven-Card Stud High-Low Split 8 or Better. He fell short thanks to Sebastian Ruthenberg, who swept the victory and more than $300,000. In the top ten players there were a number of well known pros, including the brother and sister pros Annie Duke and Howard Lederer, David Benyamine, and Marcel Luske. Chris won more than two hundred thousand dollars for his second place finish.
