Writing a book about the World Series of Poker isn't a new idea - in fact, they seem to be popping up left and right in recent years, due mainly to the continued growth of poker popularity. One such book, "How to Win the World Series of Poker (or Not)" by Pat Walsh, doesn't exactly live up to the promise of the title, which it seems should be taken with a grain of salt. In the book the author seeks to first learn how to be a poker expert and then takes his new found skills to the WSOP to try to win the main event. The book, which retails for around $13, serves as an entertaining story but should not be sought out for instruction on how to actually win the WSOP.
