Mom Busted Playing Poker Gets Rebuy

The judge presiding over the case of the mother who left her three kids sleeping in her car at nigth while she played at a charity poker event has decided to give her a second chance to clear her record. Diem Thi Tran was told that if she pays fines and attends a child neglect class the judge would make sure her record would be wiped clear of the charges. Her three children, found asleep in her car in the parking lot, were believed to be alone for as many as three hours before being discovered by the police.
