Poker Dome Translates Well to TV

With the new Mansionpoker.com sponsored Poker Dome, airing on FSN in the States, a new breed of poker TV show has shown that there is more than one way to skin a cat when it comes to showing poker to the masses. Poker, which has always drawn a crowd when it comes to high rollers and high stakes, was turned into a spectator sport thanks to the table cameras of the World Series of Poker and the World Poker Tour. Both shows, however, are highly edited, cutting out the majority of dull hands to keep the intrerest of TV viewers. Not so with Poker Dome.Poker Dome shows all the hands, so there are some boring ones, but because the game is Speed Poker things move along at a fast clip, keeping things exciting.
