A Poker podcast put on every week by PocketFives.com recently hosted Representative Barney Frank, Democrat, Massachusetts, in order to discuss his views on recent Poker legislation. Congressman Frank was interviewed by PocketFives.com co-owner Adam Small, and he illustrated a growing dissension among members of Congress. Those in Washington, while seemingly unilateral in their opinion towards establishing online poker as an illegal activity, still show some understanding of the benefit of legalizing the industry.Congressman Frank discussed the online gambling ban and compared it to prohibition. In a free society, he says on the pod cast, it's very hard to keep people from doing what they want. The pod cast is available for download at www.pocketfives.com.
