Started by pro poker player Phil Gordon, the "Bad Beat on Cancer" Texas Holdem poker tournament is a popular event among poker pros and celebrities, and the fourth annual event was no exception. Played on May 6th the event was held in Washington, D.C. and raised more than $300,000 thanks to the 130 entrants. It was played in a Round Robin poker tournament style, which meant that each player had a chance to face off against at least one poker pro, of which there were plenty. In addition to Phil Gordon, Andy Bloch was there, as well as Annie Duke and her brother Howard Lederer, and Chris Ferguson.
