If there was any question before of whether or not the grassroots organization called the Poker Players Alliance was catching on, the recent milestone of hitting one million members seems to answer it neatly. The recent press relase from the PPA announced that they passed that milestone just recently, and also called for a voter registration program and announced a political action committee. Their slogan is, "If you Play, Have a Say". Many prominent poker pros are part of the organization, such as Greg Raymer, former World Series of Poker champion.
