A rehab club was recently raided by Maine State Police, who found 30 people playing poker but no tournament games license. The 24-Hour Club on Lincoln Street in Bangor, Maine, was holding a poker event where players put up $100 to play, but the club failed to obtain the required licenses in advance. More than $6,000 was seized by the police. None have been arrested, but three were identified as organizers and face possible felony charges. The 24-Hour Club may be looking at securing a permanent license to avoid future issues.
