It may not seem like a big deal to some, but Big Deal will soon be made into a film. A book published 16 years ago by former Prince Charles speechwriter Anthony Holden will see new life when it is turned into a film during the year 2007. The book, Big Deal: One Year as a Professional Poker Player, received rave reviews when it was published, and Holden has been working on the sequel in the intervening years, appropriately titled A Bigger Deal. The second book should be published around the time for the World Series of Poker 2007, and will cover the World Series of Poker year 2005 and 2006.
This time the author is planning to keep his day job, as opposed to when he wrote the first book by quitting all other responsibilities to live as a professional poker player.
