If the bills should pass such steps including requiring Internet Service Providers to report on any poker related activities by their customers would come to pass. For the first time the bills lost some momentum on Thursday when complications arose during the House Judiciary Committee debate. The normal procedure for a bill of this type is to have a second debate scheduled after the first.
