The 2008 Norwegian Poker Championships are coming this month, but they won't be held in Norway. The Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club will be the location for this event, in Nottingham, England. The UK is playing host to their fellow European country men because the Norwegian Government has a ban on the game of poker, leaving the 7th annual Norwegian Poker Championships without a place to play. Airfare has been coordinated to get the 400 Norwegian players over to Nottingham. The events kick off on April 28 and run through May 5th, and cameras will be on hand to record the action for a documentary.
