New Schedule for Asian Poker Tour

The second ever Asian Poker Tour will be played this year, and the new schedule for the events has been released. The first of four currently scheduled events will take place in the Philippines in May, followed by events in Macau, South Korea and Singapore. The first event will run from May 27 through June 1, coinciding with the start of the 2008 World Series of Poker. Each event will have a guaranteed prize pool of at least $1 million. The first event will have a buy in of $2,500 but players could win online qualifiers for much less.
