His poker book, "Daniel Negreanu's Hold'em Wisdom for All Players" has sold out on its first run, which comes as no surprise to book publisher Avery Cardoza. Cardoza credits Daniel's writing and fan base with the hot sales streak, which has prompted a second printing in only three months.
