When Daniel "Kid Poker" Negreanu goes all in, you can bet he knows what he is doing, and it seems like his fans have faith in him if the results of his book sales have anything to do with it. His poker book, "Daniel Negreanu's Hold'em Wisdom for All Players" has sold out on its first run, which comes as no surprise to book publisher Avery Cardoza. Cardoza credits Daniel's writing and fan base with the hot sales streak, which has prompted a second printing in only three months.
