The All Africa Poker Championship tournaments are done for the season, and the United Kingdom's John Tabatabai has scored the victory as the 12th All Africa Poker Tournament Champion. With his victory Tabatabai gets a seat into the 2008 World Series of Poker, taking place this summer in Las Vegas, Nevada, and picks up a one million Rand payday, which equates to a little over $120,000 USD. Also picking up a WSOP prize package was second place finisher Kyri Patsalos who also got his 400,000 Rand payday. The third place finisher is a familiar face to both African players and the WSOP - Ray Rahme, who took 3rd at the main event of the 2007 WSOP.
