Mike King Seeks Poker Crown

A two day poker tournament will have over 100 poker players vying for the first place spot. Along the way they will fold, bet, raise and go all in, and they may be in for a few laughs as well. Comedian Mike King is going to go for the crown with the rest of them in the Christchurch Casino event, as well as the winner's share of the $200,000 prize pool.Kicking off April 7th the tournament will have King trying his best, although he feels pretty confident in a statement released from the casino. In the statement King says he is not a "poker genius" but that he could "certainly clean up" the average poker players in the event. He did admit that a lucky amateur could take out a pro, however.
