The company that owns online poker room Ultimate Bet, Tokwiro Enterprises, has some experience dealing with accusations of cheating. They also own Absolute Poker, which came under fire in the recent past thanks to an employee cheating. Now it is Ultimate Bet under the microscope as accusations are being floated about one account, playing under the name of NioNio, that has been singled out for suspicious activity. Ultimate Bet lost no time in bringing in a third party to investigate, and the results of that investigation have yet to be produced. Absolute Poker was fined $500,000 US for their gaming scandal by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
