Poker Stars Launching Latin American Tour

The first ever major poker tour to run in Latin America is right around the corner, and is being brought to players by online poker room Poker Stars. Poker Stars has experience with running poker tours, as they are behind the European Poker Tour as well as plenty of online offerings. The Latin American Poker Tour will get underway in Rio de Janeiro on May 3, staring a season of events through the summer. The first event will be a three-day tournament with a $2,500 buy in, and is being billed as the largest poker tournament to ever be held in Brazil.
