Weider Debengek has to serve a year in prison thanks to his actions involving theft of a vehicle and robbery at KB Poker. He was charged in three cases, one of which was for armed robbery at KB Poker. Associate Judge David A. Wiseman handed down the sentence, which was three years with two suspended, following a plea agreement. The defendant will serve his jail time and then immediately be deported. He also has to pay $550 in fees and restitutions. If he is not deported for some reason he will face a 200 hour community service sentence.
