NBC Heads-Up Championship Matchups Announced

NBC discovered a clear hit with their poker themed show, the NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship, and just announced what the matchups will be for the next season. There are quite a few interesting pairings, such as Shannon Elizabeth against Rene Angelil, neither of whom is a poker pro. Other interesting pairings include Joe Hachem taking on Chris Moneymaker and Kristy Gazes vs. Clonie Gowen. The sole online qualifier will face Isabel Mercier and go on to face the winner of the Gazes vs. Gowen match, if he survives.
