Tuesday saw the arrest of a pair of Texas Holdem hosts for possession of gambling devices, providing premises for gambling, and three counts of child endangerment. The two, husband and wife, not only were hosting an illegal poker game in their Middleton home, but the wife often dealt the cards topless. Considering her profession is that of a stripper it likely came naturally, but that along with the legal problems of the game and the fact that there were children in the home during the games led to the charges. William Shane Anderson and Laurie Anderson, both 37, took credit cards for buy ins and served liquor at the games, which were reported by neighbors tired of parking problems and noise.
