It seems the US of A is not the only country at war with online poker these days as France butts heads with poker industry types - some say in a more oppressive manner than the US. Bwin executives were arrested in Monte Carlo, then the European Poker Tour event set in Deauville was shut down, and now the French authorities want "to talk" to John Anderson, the former head of Pacific Poker, regarding online poker in the country.
