Online poker software company Excapsa has recently seen a successful float and IPO on the London stock market, and has followed up this good news by settling a dispute with online poker room Pokershare. The confidential agreement reportedly settles any differences between the poker room and the softare company, which included an argument that erupted when Excapsa excluded Pokershare’s online poker room from its poker playing network. Pokershare threatened legal action at the time, back in November of last year.In an interesting, if not ironic, turn of events, not only has the dispute been settled but the CEO of Pokershare, Lucan Toh, said his company will be investing in Excapsa, stating that they found the company to be a very well run outfit, and that the wish them well.
