A new bill has been introduced by California Assemblyman Lloyd Levine that will take a second look at ways that online poker could be played legally in the state. The California Gambling Control Commission (CGCC) would be doing the research, and the bill would require the CGCC to determine how laws could best be applied to the state. In the end, the report would give a complete picture of online poker, California and the law, and then lawmakers would be able to determine how best to proceed in the future.
