A Marion County poker game that erupted in gunfire last week resulted in the deaths of three men. The man arrested and accused with pulling the trigger is one Duane Demaris Crittenden II, 28, who claims he was cheated. According to the Sheriff's office the four men were involved in the poker game from Friday night to late Saturday morning, where Crittenden lost thousands of dollars. According to reports he felt like he was cheated and returned later that morning and shot Jerome Anthony Henry, 48, Richard David Smith, 50, and Robert Erwin Ford, 50. Crittenden has 18 prior felony convictions in two states.
