The Asian Poker Classic is back in the news after their announcement that an add on of $250,000 would push the prize pool to the million mark, this time with confirmations of well known poker pros who will be attending the hallmark event in Goa. Ram Vaswani, of the Hendon Mob, will be on hand as well as Arshad Hussain. Lee Nelson, from Australia, as well as Mel Judah will be there. Also in attendance will be 2004 WPT Paris Grand Prix winner and crowd favorite, Surinder Sunar. This will be the first poker event of its kind in India.
