The winner of online poker room Bet365 Poker's Leaderboard Challenge was a 22 year-old from Sweden. Cecilia Borg won not only the respect of her fellow players - all of whom put in grueling hours and played countless games to try and win the challenge, which was based on overall points for a year – she also won guaranteed seats to land based EPT and WPT poker tournaments. This alone will give her an opportunity to start a poker career; many poker pros say the most daunting part of turning pro is having to deal with the buy ins, which can run up to $10,000 each or more.
