The UK courts have recently settled a case that can be used as a precedent that poker is a game of chance, but online poker company Virgin Poker is not going to take that lying down. Virgin Poker has offered a challenge in order to settle the ongoing debate over poker being a game of skill vs. a game of chance once and for all. The challenge works like this - any player who is on the "luck" side is offered to play Virgin pro players over five matches, and if they win, Virgin will donate a thousand dollars to the charity of their choice.
