There will be thirty tables to start off play at the 2008 NBC National Heads Up Poker Championship, which means they need 60 poker pros to agree to play, but the problem with the NBC show was not in getting enough players but narrowing the list down. Plenty of big names will be on hand to play, including many of those that have won the World Series of Poker over the last twenty years. The most recent champ, Jerry Yang, will be on hand, one of his few appearances since winning the 2007 WSOP. Last year's winner of the NBC event, Paul Wasicka, will be back as well.
