A bill was submitted recently to specifically exclude online poker playing from being a felony if done from a person's home. Washington State Rep. Chris Strow, R-Whidbey Island, considers a Class C Felony too extreme to be justified in this case, and so has introduced House Bill 1243 on January 15, 2007 to correct the matter.
