EPT Scandinavian Open Taken by Petersson

Poker Stars has been covering the EPT Scandinavian Open, and almost had the pleasure of announcing that one of their very own players won the event. Their horse in this race, a player with a nickname ElkY, didn't win the event but did come in second. The winner, Swede Magnus Petersson, took home the title and €550,000, not to mention a seat to the European Poker Tour final event, taking place in a couple of months in Monte Carlo. Petersson, 29, from Stockholm won the event with two pair when ElkY did not make his drawing hand.
