Tileston Outreach Center Gets Help from Poker Players

The Tileston Holdem Poker Tournament was recently held to benefit the free medical clinic, the first fund raiser of its kind. Players put up $150 to buy into the event, raising money to add to that raised by about 50 corporate doctors who contributed their sponsorships. About ten grand was raised to help the clinic. Marshall Butler was the final winner, snagging a very valuable prize - entry into the 2007 World Series of Poker tournament in Las Vegas, along with airfare and lodging.
