NBC Heads-Up Poker Championship Has First Sixteen Players

When the world of poker TV started expanding into the realm of the Big Three Networks, NBC lead the charge with their National Heads-Up Poker Championship, a show that became an overnight success. This year's show promises more of the same, and sixteen players have been confirmed as participating in the 2007 NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship in March, inlcuidng the two former champs, Phil Hellmuth and Ted Forrest. Other players are: Doyle Brunson, Johnny Chan, Antonio Esfandiari, Sam Farha, Chris Ferguson, Jamie Gold, Joe Hachem, Gus Hansen, Jennifer Harman, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Chris Moneymaker, Daniel Negreanu, and Greg Raymer.
