When the laws in Florida started to change to up the limits on betting in No Limit Texas Holdem poker, it was inevitable that jobs were going to be created by the upwelling in demand. This has come to pass as the Orange Park Kennel Club is on the hunt to hire at least 100 poker dealers. Part time dealers can make $25 an hour plus tips, and full time dealers are looking at $50k a year. A job fair was recently held at the Park Avenue racing track with the first two hours of the event reserved for local applicants. Free training is provided and applicants had to be 18 years of age or older.
