William Chen, who recently won two World Series of Poker bracelets, was the new guy at the table during a $100k buy in cash game on the Game Show Network called High Stakes Poker. This game required buy ins from pros but was not a tournament game like you normally catch on TV, but a cash game. This meant that the money being played was all real cash, and whatever you had left at the end of the night was what you had.
Chen started the hand off holding:
... with a raise to $2,000. WSOP champ Jamie Gold called with:
... and Shawn Sheikhan made the call with:
... and it was time for a flop.
Chen had bluffed his way to a $40k pot the hand before, and so was likely riding a little high when the cards came down:

... Gold was first to act, and he checked it to Shawn, who also checked. Chen looked like he wanted to take some action, but he checked as well. The turn card came down as:
... and Gold once more checked. This time it was Shawn who wanted to bluff at the pot, and he leveraged forward $9,000 in cash. Chen folded away and Jamie thought it through. Despite having the best hand with Big Slick, he felt discretion was the better part of valor and he folded as well. "Come on guys - you gotta play better than that!" said the Sheik as he raked in his pot.
